The Making Of The Box Detox
The Box Detox was born in 2016, during a time in my life when I was searching for more. At the time, I was living in North Carolina and working in the hotel industry. I had been with the Hilton brand for nearly a decade, building stability but feeling unfulfilled. I wanted more freedom both financially and personally.
On a personal level, I struggled with extremely painful menstrual cramps. Like many women, I turned to doctors for answers, only to discover there was no real solution offered just temporary relief that never addressed the root cause. That frustration pushed me to start researching holistic alternatives.
Through that journey, I realized that women deserved better. We deserved natural, accessible solutions for the things we go through daily especially when it comes to our reproductive health and overall wellness. That’s when the idea struck me: Why not create an entire company dedicated to providing holistic solutions for women?
